DMCA Policy

PostDownload.com respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We do not host any Instagram content — all content is served directly from Instagram's servers to the end user's device. If you believe your copyrighted work has been made accessible through our service without authorization, please follow the procedure below.

1. Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe that content accessible via PostDownload.com infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA takedown notice to us at [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request”. Your notice must include all of the following:

1. Your identity — your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
2. Description of the copyrighted work — a clear description of the work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.
3. Location of the infringing content — the specific URL(s) on PostDownload.com where the alleged infringement appears, precise enough for us to locate the material.
4. Good faith statement — a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement — a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Signature — your physical or electronic signature.

2. Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice submitted in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Counter-Notice”. Your counter-notice must include:

• Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A description of the material that was removed and the URL(s) where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or any judicial district if outside the United States).
• Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Our Response

We take all DMCA notices seriously and will review every valid notice within 5–10 business days. Please be aware of the following:

• PostDownload does not host Instagram content on its own servers. Takedown requests for the underlying media must therefore also be directed to Instagram / Meta Platforms, Inc. directly.
• We will cooperate fully with legitimate copyright holders and, where applicable, disable access through our service to the identified content.
• Repeat infringers will have their access to PostDownload.com terminated in appropriate circumstances.
• We reserve the right to seek damages, including legal fees, for fraudulent or bad-faith DMCA notices as permitted under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
